Reset your password
You can request your password to be reset by Flood Support, or request it yourself via
t
he link on the application login modal screen.
Simply type in your Flood account email address and click on the SEND EMAIL button.
We will then send you an email with the subject title
"Reset password instructions"
and the change password link.​​
Follow that link and reset your password​​.
You should be redirected to the login page and you will be able to use your new password.​​
